FAQs – How to get the most out of your screen print.
Can I print the same design across mens and womens shirts ?
A- Yep – provided it;’s a size that fits. (Use a ruler to measure but generally 28 – 30cm wide is a size that fits all)
Can I print the same design across different items?
A- Yes – in many cases we print the same graphics for cafes across both T-shirts and aprons. You could have the same artwork on 50 Tshirts and then order 10 Hoodies at the same time, using the same artwork.
Can you print photographic work?
A- Yep – it’s not super photo if you are looking from 5cm away but is very cool when you look at it like it was on a T-shirt from 50cm – 1m away, just like anything Billabong do.
What other inks can you print?
A- Gold & Silver Metallics, Fluro, Glo in the dark – depending on the size of the graphics surcharges apply. If you can supply a PMS / Pantone colour reference that really helps.
Do you print Digital T-shirts – DTG ?
A- We do full colour digital printing aka DTG with a minimum 5 pieces of the same design and tee style and 7 – 10 working days turn around from artwork approval.
Do you do Embroidery?
A- We do Embroidery with a minimum of 20 pieces per design and garment style with 10 working days turn around from artwork approval.
What about Hi Vis – can you print on it?
A- Yes we print high Vis Vests and shirts – or embroider super reflective thread if required.
What sort of files do you want your artwork in?
A– A high resolution PDF is best. But better more indepth Print Specs info is here – Arcade Print Specs
Do you deliver?
A- We deliver screen printed items Australia wide. If you’re in Sydney, Dubbo, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Bendigo, Hobart or anywhere in-between we can deliver to you, it’s easy – just let us know where you want your order sent and we’ll deliver it. Courier costs are reasonable and delivery is fast.
Urgent Screen printing : I need 4000 Tshirts ASAP – Urgent – Can you do ?
A- Yes we love a big order, just email us the details of the job and we’ll get back to you asap. Let us know when you need the shirts delivered and we’ll work to achieve this.
Do you print on Boxes / Yoga Mats etc
A- We print on all sorts of items – just ask.
DIY
Do you shoot / expose screens for people doing DIY Printing ….?
A- Yes – just email your artwork as a high resolution file and advise the final size and colour separations. It’s really important to either setup the artwork to the exact size you need it, or at least tell us the measurements you want the screen to be. Pricing : Tshirt Size Screen : Film / Expose / Screen is $90.00 please allow 2-3 days for production. Email your order to us.
