Our tees are printed with Permaset waterbased inks, which means they are softer to feel – can be washed and ironed and dry cleaned. They are world class Australian made inks and are extremely environmentally friendly.
Our base tees are from 2 manufacturers only – Sportage as a base range and AS Colour for designer styling and refined range of cuts – They are both excellent shirts and companies and have excellent cuts, quality control, washability and are colour fast.
As graphic designers we can build or fix graphics.
As real screen printers we can create custom colours for corporate ID and logos.
3 STEPS TO ORDER
1. Read the prices at the bottom of this page – one for blank tees to print on and the other for the print to be applied.
2. Email us a mock-up or your graphic and we can get started.
3. Get your real artwork to us and place and pay for your order
You can pay over the phone on most CCards including AMEX
Sometimes if delivery is not yet decided upon you may need to pay your print costs now and delivery costs as it leaves
48 HOUR TURNAROUND – 1 & 2 Colour prints 50 – 500 prints
Simple prints can be turned around really fast on request and express couriers can deliver anything anywhere in SYDNEY in one day.

Straight forward colours – well positioned – can speed up a job exponentially.
48 hr express prints are on shirts provided by Arcade and time is taken from approval of artwork to finished print. Usually one or 2 colours up to 500 shirts.
Typical Express 4 – 6 hour Same Day Express courier on your desk in the CBD – $20 / Camden – $35 / Parramatta – $35 / Narrabeen $35 / Penrith $45
Typical Next Day Courier anywhere in Sydney $20
Regional and interstate allow 2 – 3 days depending on delivery address.
PRINTS ON WHITE TEES – Regular Inks
This is the normal printing process – the majority of printing is done on white tees, tea towells, bags etc
This is generally how you view your graphics and most designers work, either on white computer screens or paper.
On white fabrics colours are easier to make and brighter as the fabric underneath reflects light through your transparent inks and these inks are usually much softer to feel.

LIGHT PRINTS ON DARK TEES – Opaque and Metallic Inks
Usually seen on the street as a white print on a black tee there are many variations of both ink colours and fabric colours (think yellow on purple).
To do these type of prints we use what is classed as an OPAQUE ink (Non Transparent) – this blocks out the colour under it.
These inks take longer to print and a higher degree of skill and are charged at a premium to regukar inks.

We can print on your tees but this is slightly more risky as tee quality will vary.
If you are planning a job and you have a tight deadline tell us early as some orders from our suppliers will take 24 hrs to be ready to pick up
PREP YOUR ARTWORK
We usually need to see artwork to quote so send us a jpeg or PDF to see the art if you are sending an email.
Artwork should be prepared as 100% black at the size you want to print. If it has multi colours , these are best left on separate layers in your file.
Major artwork changes are quoted at $70 an hour and we need to see your prepped artwork to determine this – light work we’ll just do to keep everything flowing.
So send us your quote request with an image so we know what you are thinking.
Tell us if you are a school, not for profit, community organisation or charity ( areal one !) and we’ll do you a discount.
